Dear Team,

We are facing an issue related to the CrypogramDataAppeon license activation. Please find the details below:

1. As per your guidance, we granted permissions to CrypogramDataAppeon for every user as well as all necessary access. However, we are still facing the same issue — the license gets automatically deactivated after a few seconds.

2. The activation is successful. The PB.lic file is attached herewith, showing that the activation is completed.

3. In the second attachment, you can see the message we receive when we check the license information after activation. It shows an error even though activation was successful.

Kindly review the issue and guide us on how to resolve this at the earliest.
