Datawindow retrieve error

Hi,
I have a problem that appeared after we migrated the system to PowerBuilder 2021, with SQLServer 2017 and SQLServer 2019 databases.
It is presented when we call dw.retrieve(). Although the query does start (from what we can see from the SQLServer Profiler), the Select does not return the data. We note that dw.rowcount() = 0.
The problem is randomly generated. The following is logged in the Windows event viewer:
